Culture shock change once A-B bought out by InBev. Great essential people let go. Constant movement to the detriment of not knowing who has the knowledge needed to get things done. Teams are now set up to “Put out Fires” rather than prevent them.

There is a dark, thick line between contractors and employees. AB makes it not only impossible to get a foot into the company, but if you're a contractor, they make it impossible to get hired on. There are also no benefits, etc. for contractors, so you don't love the company as much as the employees do. The online application process is impenetrable because of silly culture tests. Contractors play a very huge part in the business as a whole, yet, AB does not pay them nearly as much as they should. They also ignore opportunities to hire contractors on permanently.
