      Pros

      If you are lucky, you will work with other professionals.

      Cons

      I believe the recent Bud Light fiasco speaks for itself ... unprofessional, immature, insensitive, marketing team. Aren't policies in place to prevent this kind of PR nightmare or are they just not followed? Horrible public perception scores for a brand that company heavily depends on for revenue.

      Pros

      The only pro is they pay you a lot of money in overtime. Salary is not anything special; but, you will make a lot of money working all the time.

      Cons

      They only promote young people. They only hire young people. They will require you to work all ungodly hours. It is not unusual to work 30 days in a row and work all three shifts in the same week. You will have no life outside of work. You will have to find someone to cut your grass, wash your car, take you kids to their ball games and even take your own wife out to dinner. They will consume 100% of your life for as long as you work there.
