      Pros

      Very strong company with a very strong heritage and tremendous workforce. Anheuser-Busch is dogmatic about performance improvement and waste reduction. Strong business focus.

      Cons

      Transition over the last several years that has shifted primary focus from employees as the Company's greatest assets to employees feeling and being expendable. Expectations have tripled while resources have been cut in half.

      Pros

      Good training but very very bad corporation culture. The colleagues were from low academic background but they also laughed at new college graduates such as me.

      Cons

      Very low salary. Very bad corporation culture. Very ridiculous managers. I did not feel respected in this company.
