Pros

It's a great place to work! Many OT opportunities to make good money. Great benefits. Monthly beer distribution. A good place to make a great living and be a part of the best beer in the world.

Cons

Management is very young and inexperienced. Required to work many hours during summer, so probably isn't your cup of tea if you're looking for a 40 hr. week. Managements interview process doesn't bring many hard workers in just those who can feed them a few catchy lines.

Pros

Competitive pay, exciting brands, free beer pretty much sums it up. There is opportunity to move ahead quickly at this company, but it comes at the sacrifice of your personal and family life. Great vision of Senior Leadership (VPs & above)

Cons

Mid-Level management is garbage. Most have been promoted very quickly and have had no formalized training on how to lead a team. Value is placed on hitting individualized targets, and not on developing future leaders within the company. This means those who hit their numbers are promoted, whether they are competent to lead people or not. There is little direction, or even vision, at the middle management level.

Pros

Dynamic and challenging workplace. Great colleagues. Fun company events. Opportunity to grow and develop internally, opportunity to transfer to other locations. Internal talent program available for employees who are identified as people with high potential.

Cons

Extremely high expectations towards employees. No work-life balance. Poor to mediocre compensation. Very aggressive company culture. Cost cutting above anything else (vs. "People are our greatest asset" in the company's 10 principles).
