Powerhouse for your resume but don't expect to love your job
Pros
Good starting salary/401k/medical as an oncoming group manager with 0 years of management experience, you learn a ton about the business and the "language" of lean manufacturing (what to say and what not to say), "right of passage" for your resume.
Cons
Once you get a few years under your belt don't expect to be compensated much higher than where you started at. Transparency around promotions and raises is awful and favoritism and unconscious bias gets the best of a lot of good people. On-call 24/7 which is not terrible if your department runs well but if you work in Ops/Brewing (2 largest departments) don't expect to have any life outside of work, cliquey environment that's worse than your worst years in high school, forced and unnatural attempts to boost engagement, many senior leaders let the stress of the environment affect the way they treat people
