      Pros

      It is definitely one of the companies that offer you challenges that make you develop great skills. Great opportunity for growth and above all to learn about different areas working cross-functionally.

      Cons

      At least in my experience I didn't have good leaders, which makes you set back. But in the long term it is also a challenge and if you take advantage of it you grow a lot as a professional.
