Pros
Interesting projects, some good folks there, very good benefits, adequate budget for resources.
Cons
Internal culture was toxic with lots of negative gossip. Raises were miniscule and did not keep up with inflation and cost of living. Very low caps on increases in salary even with promotion. Barley Research was forced to adopt process auditing structure designed for breweries that was ineffective and a huge waste of everyone's time.
