Pros

Not sure if there exist pros. Probably not bad pay.

Cons

The managers have no experience. They don't know what they are doing and have no respect to employees.

Pros

the company has the fame of being the largest FMCG company worldwide.

Cons

no work-life balance, the management don't care about your career or development, unless you are Brizillian. too many inexperienced MBAs in important roles, the culture is all about show business. you will learn the skill to move up here is to fake numbers. people don't care about the logic behind the strategy, the lessons learned and process that can help improve it, they only care for big numbers. faking numbers is encouraged.

Pros

If you want it, there is overtime opportunity at all salaried levels. If you don't mind working 1-3 weekends a month for a company that views everyone as disposable this is a well paying job. Great for fresh out of college with lots of debt. Bad for anyone with a family.

Cons

If you don't want it there is overtime required at all salaried levels. They say there is room to grow, and they have the support structure to help, but what that actually means is roughly 1 week of training and 12-16 hour days for months on end. You will average $20-26/hr for your first 3+ band levels despite raises and promotions simply due to unrealistic expectations given the lack of training. Turnover is so high you will regularly work 2-3 salaried positions for months on end.
