      Pros

      Industry leader in salary/pay. Good benefits and perks.

      Cons

      Forced culture can result in alienation. Constant layoffs/outsourcing have lead to a constant state of nervousness from employees at the lack of job security. GMT trainees are treated as the "golden children" resulting in lack of experience of working their way up.

      Pros

      You can say you work for AB instead of a company no one has heard of. Pay is fair if you do get a FT position.

      Cons

      Bad management Outsourcing Hard to Advance because of the outsourcing Extremely corporate mindset, meaning they don't care about you as employees but demand a lot from you. Require you to work full-time 40 hours a week for an hourly rate and no benefits (I did this for a year before getting outsourced). Everyone clammers for the few full-time positions available which go to former employees who have been a victim of outsourcing.

      Pros

      Prides itself on meritocracy. Hard work and results will get rewarded. Plenty of opportunity to move up in different departments.

      Cons

      Sometimes work life balance is skewed, long hours are expected. Offshoring of backoffice business processes to Argentina and India - pretty much the way of the world now for larger, global companies, but makes basic tasks that should take 30 minutes turn into week-long "tickets."
