      Poor Leadership, Toxic Work Culture

      Pros

      Interesting projects, some good folks there, very good benefits, adequate budget for resources.

      Cons

      Internal culture was toxic with lots of negative gossip. Raises were miniscule and did not keep up with inflation and cost of living. Very low caps on increases in salary even with promotion. Barley Research was forced to adopt process auditing structure designed for breweries that was ineffective and a huge waste of everyone's time.

      good pay is the only good thing about this job

      Cons

      management is not very good. They don't care about anything but what makes them look good. They go out of their way to try to find mistakes anyone has made instead of creating a better environment. They don't like being corrected if they are wrong. They don't know the companies policies and they like to make their own rules.
