Pros

- The pay is great if this is your first job out of school, however the only reason it is good is because of the overtime, which is often times forced. Base pay is average at best. - Working for a large brand name company that everyone knows is a great perk. Sharing beers with friends is what it's all about.

Cons

- Work life balance is non-existent. Work 12 hour days minimum every day, rotating shifts, calls at night, sometimes called in, weekends, etc. Like I said, forced overtime that gets old VERY quickly. - Horrendous work culture. You are expected to work long hours and have the answer to every question even though the reality is that you are in your early twenties and are in way over your head, through no fault of your own via lack of training and hiring essentially kids to manage a multi million dollar facility. Burnout happens quickly and turnover is insane.
