Pros
Very diverse multinational environment, a lot of career opportunities for people who are eager to advance in their careers, opportunity to get leadership experience early on in the career. Nice perks (open bars, salaries are OK, yearly bonuses are very good). Opportunity to get different trainings (both leadership and functional).
Cons
Not a 9 to 5 company, very high expectations and challenging goals on every level of the organization so not everyone will be ready to commit/deliver on those.
