      Pros

      Very open and transparent about it's culture. Consistently applied throughout company strategy, tactics, people & organizational decisions.

      Cons

      Company size has taken a toll on it's model and culture. Increased bureaucracy and politics, despite being frowned upon within the organization, significant affecting agility and quality of decision making. Very slow to react, and more importantly lead the future of the category.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are near market levels.

      Cons

      Strategy is solely focused on short term initiatives that will make executives look good and get them to the next promotion. No longer do they value their employees. They give employees unrealistic bonus targets and call them "stretch" goals.
