      Pros

      High energy, high impact organization with competitive pay, very compelling long-term incentives...and it's in the beer industry! A real meritocracy, which is highly motivating if that's a fit with your personal goals.

      Cons

      "Never completely satisfied" is one of the company's ten principles (#4)...so if you expect consistency in one job over many years, it may not be the right place for you. But, if you want a dynamic environment where your input is heard, with action taken as a result, it may be a great fit for you.

      Pros

      Decent wage, very good health care benefits, Teamsters. Opportunities for over time.

      Cons

      Employees are treated like children. Little respect for the workers' knowledge, experience, years on the job. Hires management straight out of college with little applicable knowledge to their position. Moves management all around the different departments so they don't become good at anything. They do annual company surveys that result in absolutely nothing changing.
