-There are not enough resources to get the job done. In order to complete everything, expect to put in 60+ hours a week
-The pay is good. However, you work very hard and long hours to attain that pay. Also, if you have management experience you'll work a couple weekends a month. You're compensated for those weekends. However, it's very long and stressful hours.
-No formal training. All the training is on the job and you having to conduct research/teach yourself.
