This is what happens when stock price is allowed to drive company decisions rather than business profitability.

Pros

Free beer - at least for now.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work before InBev. What used to be great benefits continue to be reduced/eliminated. Very poor communication from management regarding the changes that have taken place. Lots of rumors each day about who and when layoffs will happen but no details until it happens. Too many clueless middle managers and not enough leadership.
