      Pros

      Great company doesn't provide benefits to part-time employees but if move to full-time role there are great benefits. Opportunities for training and moving up within the company.

      Cons

      Can take up to two years as a weekender before being considered for a full-time role.

      ABI is a great place to work, especially if you are mobile and want to move up the corporate ladder.

      Cons

      Bonus Structure is messed up and CEO has even said our bonus targets are bad

      Good People at the Ground Level, Company is Falling Fast Though

      Pros

      - great people at the breweries, excellent management experience and root cause analysis experience, okay benefits, lots of free beer

      Cons

      - the brewery budgets are cut significantly year over year which has led to a huge downturn in preventative and long term maintenance overhauls. Manager and hourly employee morale is low trying to survive on fewer resources and failing equipment. Salary compensation did not match that of my peers
