      Work life balance is lacking. 10 hour days are typical and some roles require being on call

      Pros

      Life/Work Balance Supervisors do try No more constant worrying of "getting more hours" as you are salary NOT hourly.

      Cons

      Hard workers DON'T get treated better (or worse for what its worth). Company raises based on if THEY decide to that year. No evaluation reports to actually grow if you're a better worker than others
