Pros

Good benefits packages, few great supervisors, two free cases of product per month, being the "Bud Guy" sounds cool.

Cons

Lowest paying driver job in area, back-breaking work, college degree not valued, false promises of advancement, no raises.

Pros

Salary was comparable to similiar organizations. Upper Management no longer cares about front line managers and will eliminate anyone as instructed.

Cons

No longer a business that cares about their employees. They have become too focused on the bottom line and as a result are losing the most qualified employees.

Pros

The pay and benefits were good. The work could be challenging if you made it so.

Cons

There didn't appear to be any type of formal development planning systems in place. It was all handled individually and had to be driven by the individual employee. Except in the rare situations where someone was on the fast track and then they were mentored, put on plum assignments and moved up the organizational chart. Promotions were more tied to who someone knew ( or were related to.) , and hung out with. Rather than the work that they did.
