The work is interesting and the teams are doing their best in this environment.

Cons

There is a lot of change over in leadership and a lot of changing priorities. It makes it hard to complete work when it gets scrapped after a year. It genuinely hurts moral. The return to office 5 days a week really also is hurting moral. I understand the sentiment but I can tell that teams are completely burnt out and struggling to get their normal work output. It’s also incredibly difficult to focus in the office with everyone around you at their desks on different zoom calls.
