      Great Team, Great Brands, Great Work.

      Cons

      Senior leadership of global company makes it impossible to be there. People are treated like commodities, worked to death, and replaced by the newest graduate they can find that will work for $10 less.

      Pros

      If you have a 4-year degree in ANYTHING you can work at A-B InBev. If you don't like your job, they encourages you to try any other position that comes open, even if you don't have any experience it.

      Cons

      Most dysfunctional company I've ever worked for. Double standards for direct-hire and contracted positions even though MANy of those contracted were former A-B employees who were bought out when Inbev took over. Lots of disgruntled employees who just get a paycheck. Managers encourage their millienium workers to drink more A-B products with Happy Hours after regular meetings and sometimes during the week just because. Yet their national promotion is to BEer REsponsible.

      Free beer tickets. Good salary

      Cons

      Raises are hard to come by. Bonus calculation is deliberately complex to avoid payouts. Cost cutting is extreme with no consideration for affect on productivity. Employee morale is awful.
