      Great Place to start your career

      Pros

      Great post-grad training programs to explore sales and marketing functions while building a network. If you're interested in travel for about 8 months to see different functions of a massive CPG company, an awesome opportunity. Great 401k benefit (8.5% match) but you have to stay 3 years to keep employer contribution. Options to move cross functionally in the business.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not great. Offices are lacking any perks besides free beer. Could use more of health related benefits (gym/mental health). Not progressive.

      Not as great to work as people would have you believe

      Pros

      Many good people. Lots of friendships made.

      Cons

      Overworked employees - Employees would often have to take on more than is feasible in a given timeframe. Terrible middle management - On one occasion I witnessed a manager make an employee cry unnecessarily. The same manager frequently verbally abused employees and was still a favorite among his leadership. Not forthright - I was misled into taking a position that was not accurately described and ignored when I went to my new manager to attempt to get it corrected. Toxic culture is accepted as the norm.
