Can get lost in the largeness of the organization, sometimes not upfront about improvements, hard to switch functions internally, projects start and are killed pretty quickly, more political culture than people would let on

Managements expectations that exceed compensation of employees. Disingenuous and inauthentic diversity efforts from senior leadership. Management leaves it to colleagues to go above and beyond and take on DE&I efforts in addition to their already demanding work loads (and lots of genuinely caring colleagues do!) . Extreme focus on individual target achievement in a highly competitive environment often leading to individual focus on achievement instead of overall entity health.
