You will be required in the office more than 5+ days a week but take every meeting from your desk on zoom because there are no conference rooms.

-Great place to work if you want to constantly feel like your job can be "reorg'd" out of existence in a flash with no warning -Base salary lower than should be for experience and workload -Complicated system for determining if employees hit bonus targets. Told throughout the year that you're on target and then at last minute informed zero bonus -Budgets and spending cuts year over year with increased volume growth expectation . Expected to do WAY more with WAY less year over year -C-Suite totally out of touch w/Street level sales teams & managers -Absurd amount of bureaucracy.
