Free Beer, good benefits, decent pay, some nice perks with events

Cons

Raises are non-existent, a lot of bureaucracy, training is non-existent, operator pay is not competitive, incompetent leadership yet extremely confident

With that said, we appreciate your constructive feedback surrounding things like training and raises. At AB, we're a meritocracy- based company and we budget for salary increases similar to other companies and we’re selective when allocating those increases because we have a culture that rewards for performance. Free beer, good culture, and nice people that work hard.

Cons

Salary and bonuses do not differ based on where you live. The salary of someone in Oklahoma is the same as someone living in San Francisco even though the cost of living is quite different.
