Really loved the people I worked with. Interesting technical problems to solve. A lot of different unit operations that you wouldn't be exposed to otherwise.

Cons

Budget and project funding process was more difficult than it needed to be. Management side is too lean and makes most roles over burdened and difficult to find work life balance.
