      The compensation package was very good, working for a beer company can have some good advantages!

      Cons

      Targets are too stretched, do not spend any money on improvements, culture is very cutthroat and you are just a number to help management achieve their bonus.

      Pros

      at the time when I work there, my co-workers were amazing to work with. I love meeting new people from different places. when we did big events those were the best times for me.

      Cons

      only thing I could say is that there was a little lack of communication at times, but what job does not have that.

      Have also had some really, really bad managers, and expected to work >50 hrs/week
