      Great benefits and perks. Colleagues were awesome support system

      Cons

      Company is not loyal to employees who have given years to them. Seniority and experience is not important. The bottom line is and what the next Ivy league student can bring to the table.Employees are not happy with the company and the turn over has been increasing year over year. Losing great people to other companies.

      Gas expense, cell phone expense, open communication between managers, a lot of room for growth, excellent training program

      Cons

      A lot of the work for this position is expected to be done during the weekends so hours are opposite than those your colleagues.

      Offer decent health insurance and 401k. Finally allowed to purchase company stock again.

      Cons

      You are expected to do things exactly as Upper management wants or you will be gone. There is absolutely no room for personal opinions or thoughts of a different approach. Cuts in pay?? Yes please! Expect them unless you want to relocate across the country. This is NOT a safe and welcoming company for women as sexual harassment is a daily occurrence.
