      Pros

      True ownership of what you do and how you do it, there is great structure and motivation from leadership, you will find yourself scaling to a very large network very quickly which is not very common in other places.

      Cons

      The problem space you work on can be intimidating based on your knowledge of classical machine learning algorithms and economics for a beginner.

      Free beer along with benefits.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is clueless. They have no clue on how to run a business aside from meeting profit goals. They don’t care about the staff and are only concerned with making money and the other reviews that have been placed on Glassdoor are accurate. It is truly a miserable place to work for. HR rep is useless and does not report nor file complaints as they arise.
