Great benefits and PTO options, reputable company with lots of opportunities to transition between roles, free beer

Cons

Very singular company culture that can leave certain people feeling like outsiders, "work hard play hard" vibes, lots of office politics, too many transfers between roles/business units so people in higher positions may not actually have any experience in that department, expect you to move often in order to get promoted.
