      Pros

      Anheuser-Busch does a great job of rewarding people who work hard and will promote the best person in the room. Doesn't matter if you've worked there 2 years or 10, if you TRULY deserve the promotion you'll get it!

      Cons

      If you're not mobile it's slightly harder to move up in the company. They want to promote you but if there aren't any positions open for you, you'll have to move.
