      Pay is good Lots of vacation and holidays (if you can actually manage to take your days off)

      Work life balance is moving in the wrong direction Corporate culture is terrible nearly impossible to achieve your bonus

      Pros

      The company has moments that will wow you. The perks are decent. If you can be positive and push through the muck, you will advance.

      Cons

      Movement is on a tap the shoulder basis. Hard work is not appreciated. Enviroment is not productive to family life. Management will tell you there is a balance but do not think this balance is for you.

      Pros

      The beer business is the greatest. Employees right out of school are treated the best. Good advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Once you are tenured, and your salary climbs, watch out. Your number is coming up. Surprising a class action suit has not been brought forward for age discrimination. Bonuses are next to impossible to attain.
