      The job is hard to beat

      Pros

      Added great people skills to my life. High paying job with a low amount of qualifications. Just need an undergrad degree. Very quick turnover rate in management, so it’s easy to get promoted as long as you look like you care about doing a good job

      Cons

      Terrible training. Just have to go figure out how to contribute. People in the company have no respect for new managers. Not even fellow managers respect new managers

      The rotational program allows you to experience different functions within technology departments.

      Cons

      I can't think of significant cons. It is an excellent company that gives you a lot of responsibility and challenges to grow!

      Learned a lot, good experience out of school

      Cons

      Very tough environment, high expectations, lack of regular raises and bonus payouts.
