      AB InBev is an environment where you control your own destiny. You are not coddled and you are not given a lot of direction, but you earn what you manifest for yourself. Ingenuity, determination, and influence will go a long way.

      Cons

      It is baptism by fire when you start at AB. The fast-paced environment feels too chaotic for many people.

      Great beer! Many great people.

      Toxic environment as a result of poor financial performance of the company as a whole. Marketing fails to connect with the consumer. Sales fails to connect with the customer. Bureaucracy stifles innovation while crippling long term productivity of Supply.
