Pros

The benefits are fantastic!!! The people are great too. Work hard play hard mentality (and bonus structure).

Cons

There is a lot of red tape with leadership. You’ll be expected to make a power point for every interaction you have. You definitely have to play politics more than I have at other jobs.

Pros

Lots of internal hiring for advanced roles. Ability to lateral/promote to other departments with little to no experience in those areas Good 401k matching Large focus on employee engagement

Cons

Production plant never stops. You must be able to answer calls around the clock. Total bonus is not always paid out in full Very cost driven/lean business. Often times you know a big problem is looming but funds will not be approved to fix the problem until failure then you must answer and are seen as responsible for said failure when it occurs. Generally feel my workload is unsustainable
