Pros

Great benefits - vacation, 401k, healthcare, etc.

Cons

Senior managers appear more interested in checking boxes instead of actually solving bottom line issues. Culture promotes mobile candidates instead of veterans with the local leadership talent pool.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and perspective. We strive to give our people the autonomy to be an owner in identifying gaps, bringing potential solutions to their teams, and owning their development. Although we believe in promoting people at the pace of their talent, being mobile opens up more opportunities for potential roles.

Pros

Cheap health insurance, and good retirement plan.

Cons

I will try to keep this as factual as possible to help anyone considering this position at this location because I did not see any reviews for this location when I applied. If you are looking for a flexible work environment this is not for you. From what I remember the hours are not great the shifts are 5am-2pm, 12pm-8pm, 8:30-9pm-5am. You will start off on night shift because no one wants that shift. The night shift starts on Sunday. The shift is very repetitive work with a tough crew to please. It may be difficult to find someone to cover your shift. There is some training and then you are left to fend for yourself. There is a ton of young people trying to climb the corporate ladder as fast as possible, so people are not afraid to throw each other under the bus. You do not need to stick this out if you have a relevant degree with relevant experience. Please consider other options out there with day time working hours and a better environment. Also if you have a STEM degree the salary max is not comparable to market value.

Pros

Early hours, off before 5 every day, employee beer and some days are smooth sailing.

Cons

Work weekends, low pay, drive a lot, sales reps make the job difficult and merchandisers do all the grunt work. Work all holidays and full timers average between 34-40 hours.
