Several career paths, rewards those who are willing to learn and be competitive, benefits, 401k, been fortunate to have managers who take an interest in my career

Cons

Management lacking visibility into day to day operations, difficult to solve overarching problems at the branch, operations team is difficult to work with. A lot of new positions have been added in the past year, but this has also added confusion
