      Good pay and benefits, poor management

      Pros

      Great benefits, union represented. Good amount of agency to make decisions

      Cons

      Poor upper management, gave misleading information about a potential sale of distribution rights. AB took all of their top people and transferred them before announcing closure via a 5 minute Zoom announcement and took no questions.

      Toxic, bureaucratic, heartless, no work-life balance

      Fast paced environment, decent salary

      Cons

      One person at the top makes most decisions. The same people who will give you positive feedback and tell you that you are a top performer will be the ones laying you off. Zero work life balance. Working early mornings, nights, and weekends is the norm and is encouraged. Taking PTO is frowned upon. You will be required in the office more than 5+ days a week but take every meeting from your desk on zoom because there are no conference rooms.
