      The network of people are so enjoyable to work with and provide a great support system! This company also pushed you and challenges you each day allowing you to grow at the pace of your talent.

      Cons

      Large company comes with less control and influence in projects. There are many levels of approvals needed in order to move the needle.

      Great benefits and perks. Colleagues were awesome support system

      Company is not loyal to employees who have given years to them. Seniority and experience is not important. The bottom line is and what the next Ivy league student can bring to the table.Employees are not happy with the company and the turn over has been increasing year over year. Losing great people to other companies.
