      Incredible people and great environment. Not to mention the great industry!

      Fails to promote from within. Fails to communicate well. Not the same company it used to be before InBev came in.

      Good product and good people in a fun industry changing all of the time. A lot of opportunities with AB because many people are leaving.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't seem to have a pulse on the US market and has problems building market share.
