Pros

You get free beer...which is nice if you like beer or have friends that like beer.

Cons

"DPO" (all anyone cares about) could be good in theory but is very poorly executed. Nothing like the week before the audit when everything gets buttoned up and documents get thrown together just for everything to unravel and fall apart the week after. I have a ton of improvements and suggestions I would like to make, but god forbid I don't want to get caught having opposing views as my manager...again. Been there, done that. I've learned to be a good employee who always says yes, acts busy with redundant work, and does "Actions" when things inevitably fail. LOL

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re glad to hear you appreciate some of the perks, like the free beer, but it’s clear there are frustrations regarding DPO and the dynamics around voicing suggestions. We value continuous improvement and innovation, and it’s concerning to hear that you feel hesitant to share ideas with your manager. Your feedback highlights areas where we need to focus on fostering a culture where open communication and constructive input are encouraged and supported. If you have specific ideas or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to HR or a trusted leader—we want to ensure everyone feels empowered to contribute to positive change. Thank you again for your honesty and for being part of the team.
