      Fast-paced; Great co-workers; Working for a beer company is fun

      View on budgets is unsustainable (ZBB); lack of flexibility; changing expectations; lack of engagement; hours required make the pay not worth it; bonuses have been lacking for the past 5 years

      Huge company visibility. Excellent relationship with every single area in the company Bonuses are impressive

      Cons

      The lack of training/workshops should be a must in these type of companies. Nevertheless my experience with AB-InBev is hugely satisfactory
