Hands down the worst place I have ever worked.
All management nationwide Could care less about their employees let alone their careers or personal work life balance.
This company will do their best to keep you in the same role as long as possible. They will put off your development as long as possible. It is truly amazing how much across the company nationwide they could care less about their employees.
Vehicle reimbursement is WAY out of date and does not reflect accurately in today’s current economic state, significantly low for the irreparable wear and tear you will put on your own car.
They will time and time again fill Most upper management roles from different markets and relocate people and NOT promote from the local market.
They ever changing KPI’s that they push on their front line sales people is enough to make anyone fatigued mentally. Ever changing .... as in by the time they tell you it’s 2 weeks into the month. By the time you make head way on the KPIs they have changed them already.
Look elsewhere for employment, I assure you the allure of this beer company is not worth the negative impact on your day to day life as a result.
As for the Aiea HI branch.
Filled with absolutely the most atrocious individuals in the upper management roll.
