      Pros

      The union workers on the floor are an awesome group of people! Operations side of things is lacking some serious senior management

      Cons

      Management! All about production they don't care about quality or safety. Management runs holds knowing it's going to be a hold and then try's to blame the operator to cover themselves. They have no self pride.

      -career launcher -free beer -good people to commiserate with -ability to travel

      Cons

      I absolutely hated my time with Anheuser-Busch. They have no respect for their employees whatsoever. Have children? A spouse? A dog you need to let out around 7pm? They couldn't care less. No matter how much I enjoyed my life on the weekends, nothing could make up for the utter anxiety, stress, and sadness that the other five days caused.
