      Incredible exposure to senior leadership, excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of one of the world's largest companies, endless amount of training - it is very clear that the company sees you as a future leader

      Pros

      Company is investing and branching out to other products besides beer. Plenty of opportunities to grow quickly within the company.

      Cons

      Lack of work-life balance. Excess turnover in senior management. Excess bureaucracy due to lack of clear ownership and many of those at headquarters not empowered to make decisions.
