Pros

Worked in the QC lab, Varied work assignments, minimum of two cases of beer per month, great location. excellent benefits

Cons

If you are other than management you have to join the Teamsters Union. The Union protects the sick, lame and lazy and provide a disincentive to go above and beyond your duties. The company also needs a management development program because some of the managers are clueless.

Pros

still have decent benefits but those are slowly being scaled back. Overtime is not out of line with other employers

Cons

trust no one. management continues to tell employees and media one thing while doing the opposite. targets and goals are not aligned between departments. most bonus targets are sales related.
