      Good People at the Ground Level, Company is Falling Fast Though

      Pros

      - great people at the breweries, excellent management experience and root cause analysis experience, okay benefits, lots of free beer

      Cons

      - the brewery budgets are cut significantly year over year which has led to a huge downturn in preventative and long term maintenance overhauls. Manager and hourly employee morale is low trying to survive on fewer resources and failing equipment. Salary compensation did not match that of my peers

      Great colleagues & working in the beer industry

      Cons

      I've experienced an extremely toxic work environment, racial and gender discrimination, VERY long hours, lack of recognition, low pay, and more. Reported discrimination to HR with evidence, and they didn't do anything. Local leadership talks a lot but does nothing. Lack of diversity in teams. Ancient facilities. MASSIVE turnover; most people leave the company within 3 years.
