      Pros

      If you are on the On Premise (bars/clubs/restaurants) it can be pretty fun and more relaxed. You will jump around to different sides of the business and learn a lot of valuable things if you are planning on moving up.

      Cons

      Off Premise side (Liqour stores/walmarts) is a bit more work and early hours. It can be pretty strenuous work and long hours as you will also b basically working as a merchandiser stacking cases of beer for a great part of your day in the Chains department. (walmarts/alberstsons)

      You are given your own intern project that has a real effect on the process. Includes presentation to senior managmant at end of intern period

      Cons

      little say in what project you get. If there are no oppurtunities I could see someone getting a sub-par project that would not be as interesting

      -incredible experiences you're able to go to -great people

      Cons

      -work life balance is terrible -not enough people learning from the ground up...too many young grads from great universities rising through the ranks so quickly that they don't fully understand key pieces of the business
