Lacking work-life balance

Pros

Many opportunities to grow and learn, many company events and company updates via meetings or emails, which is nice. It feels good to be a part of such a big beer company.

Cons

New groups lack direction and answers. Questions asked go forgotten or receive no reply, and supervisors don't do anything to help this. Work-life balance is not good, as the work days are long, and oftentimes working without being paid the overtime that is supposed to be paid. Vacation days exist however they make you feel bad for actually using them. High stress for little pay. Many very outdated systems (from the 90's) and little room to move out of the department.
