      This company is truly amazing. Such a supportive group of individuals, constantly trying to improve the product. The people who work here make the company push each other to be more creative and innovative. You're never bored or complacent. I have found it to be challenging in the best way, developing me into a great employee.

      This company requires a strong, intellectual person to be successful. If you are willing to challenge other ideas and grow, this is the best place for you.

      Pros

      The environment and culture at AB is super relaxed and fun. It is a place where coworkers can be your friends. Everyone who works here loves the AB brands, they love the company and are passionate about their job. My career has advanced quickly and cross-functionally and the company spends a lot of resources on training and developing opportunities.

      Cons

      If you just want to drink beer all day or not take work seriously, this is not the company for you.

      Good money good benefits there apprenticeship program is two years and you get alot of really good training and support from management

      Cons

      They want you to work alot of hours which can be good and bad
